- Defined and executed the Responsible AI scaling strategy: safety guardrails, human-in-the-loop review gates, and pre-launch compliance testing (SOX), plus the governance mechanisms - RACI, risk register, escalation matrix - that determined what shipped, what was held, and what was escalated.
